The aim of this Spring Cleanse is to leave you with a clear sense of what supports you in life, and provide you with new possibilities.

Enjoy a week of corrective, seasonally inspired yoga therapy complemented by nourishing wholefood – breakfast , lunch & dinner – to stabilise your body. This 5 day cleanse, gives us the opportunity to correspond with the seasons, refuel your energy, and support your immune system to stay strong and healthy. We will nurture and support you as you replenish mind and body, equipping yourself for new possibilities throughout Spring. You will walk away feeling open and amazing!



Monday to Friday 5.15am* – 7.00am

(*5.45 am start if no jiggles or dip)

 Stretches, jiggle on the beach + dip in the ocean for Spring

1 hr dynamic therapeutic yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast


Mon & Wed 6.00 – 8.00pm

1.5 hr yoga class & meditation followed by an evening meal

Ginger compresses to help soreness & ailments

Breakfast supplied throughout the week, dinner supplied Mon & Wed  

Option of daily lunches provided @ $20 per day

All meals are prepared using organic ingredients  full of minerals to stabilise your nervous system

Autumn Yoga Food


Autumn is all about elimination – LETTING GO! The colds and flus that abound in this season simply reflect our body’s lack of ability to eliminate. Learn special macrobiotic cold remedies and ways to introduce more fibre and fermented foods into your diet, boosting the efficiency of you colon. Yoga for this season focuses on contraction, the lungs and the large intestine. Bring tone to your belly buttocks and thighs, redefine your waist and strengthen your lower back. Increase your breath awareness and clear your mind.

Winter Yoga Food


Winter is the time to consolidate the bodies energy, to build strength and stability. This season is our chance to “de-stress” & regenerate. Calm your nervous system, regain balance and find that stillness within. Warm to nourishing meals that re-energise and re-build, enjoy mineral rich foods and long slow cooking methods. The yoga focus is on the spine, building its strength and flexibility.
