The 5 day Spring detox gives us the opportunity to coincide with the seasons, when all of nature will support us in developing the contractive power of the belly to permanently stabilise the elimination function.

Spring is a time of rebirth. All possibilities are open to us and all our wishes and desires can be born.

Through mental focus and the appropriate actions any desire can be manifested due to the rising energy of spring. One must eliminate the old to make way for the new.

Now is the time to set new standards and form new behaviors for the fulfilment of our dreams and needs.

Morning

Monday to Friday 5.15am – 7.00am

The end of daylight saving will lighten the early start

Morning stretches, jiggle on the beach and optional quick dip in the ocean

1 hr dynamic therapeutic yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast

Evenings

Mon & Wed 6.00 – 7.30pm

1 hr Yoga class • Meditation • Followed by an evening meal

Ginger Compresses to help soreness & ailments

Meals are prepared using organic ingredients

and are full of minerals to stabilise the nervous system

ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE $200 PER ROOM

5 Star ocean front accommodation is available for singles or couples

Autumn is all about elimination – LETTING GO! The colds and flus that abound in this season simply reflect our body’s lack of ability to eliminate. Winter Yoga Food
