3 Week Challenge – Getting lighter for Spring!
It’s been a long wet winter. Who needs motivation? Who’s keen to lighten up for Spring?
Tania is running a 3 week challenge starting this Tuesday until the first day of Spring. We challenge you to commit to coming to our 10am Tuesday and Thursday* in-person classes for the next 3 weeks at Newport Surf Club.
SCHEDULE (Tues, Thurs – 3 weeks only)
9am: Meet at the Surf Club for a jiggle (slow run) on the beach (optional)
9.30am: Dip in the ocean before class begin (plenty of time to shower and change for class).
10.00am: Yoga Class
If you purchase the 3-Week Challenge pass for $180 via Mindbody or the website, we will provide a complimentary nutritional organic miso and rice after class and we will offer the recipe and instructions for a shitake broth to consume in the evenings. We encourage you to cleanse for two days of the week or even continue it on yourself all week.
Everyone is welcome to join both classes. If you would prefer to use your existing pass, no problems however note the complimentary miso will be exclusively for those on the 3-Week Challenge pass.
This commitment cost JUST $180 for a stretch, jiggle, 6 classes, nourishing food and the motivation you need to get on track for SPRING – All complimenting the season of Spring and detoxing the liver. Let’s get twisting and turning into great shape, let’s lighten up all together!
