⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love these week intensive sessions. I have experienced them in all sorts of states (tight muscles, post operation, after lots of weight gain) and there is always something so revitalising about them. They re-set you enough to inspire you to keep it up and make small changes. The tips and tricks in terms of diet are invaluable too!

Tania is the most genuine ray of sunshine I know, even at 5.15am. Full of energy and positivity while you attempt only half of what she can! The collective effort by the group makes it even more rewarding at the end of the week when it becomes easier, after those initial headaches and niggles go away.

Jumping in the ocean is fun too – and every time I do, I wonder why I don’t do it every day – Poppy Roxburgh
